Before After.

For those in search of a program to jump start you have I found a good one. It's becoming the new fad for women. It's called 'Women's BootCamp'. I found one close to my home and it runs 4 weeks at a time. I now have completed 3 of them. It has done wonders for me. Below are some before and after photos as results from BootCamp. Along with body image it has helped to relieve stress from work and provided me a new a found source of energy.

I am continuing to get this ol' 42 yr old bod in shape. Maybe the PF Chang 1/2 marathon in January will be doable - I am able to run a little longer with each camp.

Chase is very energetic and that rubs off to campers and when your completely exhausted he encourages you that you can do it.  He pushes you but won't push you beyond what he believes you can do.  This is my first camp but I know several people that took the last camp that loved Friday's when Chase was there.

In 1 word I would describe Chase as amazing.  His workouts are fun and extremely different than anything I have ever done before, he is a great motivator and full of knowledge when it comes to fitness.  I am someone who normally can't get out of bed before 8 and was only up that early because I have a 1 yr old, now i not only get up 5 days a week at 5:30 but look forward to every single day of it.  I feel privileged to be exposed to his type of training and look forward to each and every new day of bootcamp.

Nicole is a wonderful instructor. She is always pushing us to work our hardest and maintain good form, while providing us with all different types of exercises. She has a great sense of humor and even through the tough parts of the workout, there is always something to smile and laugh about. Having not worked out in years, she gave me a lot of modifications to help regain my strength and endurance. Each day has different exercises and routines, so there is no room for any boredom! I am so pleased with this bootcamp that I have already signed up for the next one! (Not to mention, my pants fit better too!)

Nicole is not only a well educated bootcamp instructor, but she is living proof that with time and dedication you too can be healthy and fit.  Her workouts are fun and always changing; she keeps you coming.  She pushes you to work harder and harder each camp.

All I can say is, I couldn't have made a better decision. I was very afraid when I started bootcamp, but once I got there I felt like I was in the right place. I was surrounded by different ladies, with different backgrounds and various fitness levels, but there is one thing we all have in common - the willingness to work hard to get in shape and reach our individual goals. I find the nutritional program easy to follow and I am learning how to eat properly (and so is my family). The instructors are excellent; very motivating, knowledgeable and challenging. A few days ago, I went to my usual specialized clothing store, went to my usual size, grabbed 5 or 6 outfits and none of them fit! None. I was expecting improvement, but not such a drastic result so quickly! I had to leave the store. New dilemma, where to shop!

I was scared at first to try a Bootcamp for Women. Even though I am an exercise nut, I was still intimidated by it. My first day at camp was AMAZING. Our trainer is AMAZING!  The women are AMAZING! I have lost 2 pounds in one week. My daughter has lost 4. I don't know how I didn't do this before. I love receiving emails of support and nutrition. What can I say, Whomever is reading this should GET UP and JOIN a bootcamp!  You have no idea what you are MISSING.  I am so impressed that I am switching from 3 days to 5 days.

I have just completed my 2nd bootcamp and have realized that it has become almost a part of my life. It has changed my way of thinking in many avenues. Suzanne is the evening instructor and she does an amazing job of mixing up routines so you never come to camp expecting to do the same workout over and over. She focuses on upper body with Core and lower body with core. If you're new to Surprise and have been looking to jump start your fitness program and want to meet women in the area bootcamp is a good place to start.

I would say that working out has never been part of my daily life and attending the boot camp has started a life change for me.  The classes are hard but working with Tara I am seeing results from my efforts. I would encourage everyone to make the change today to improve your health and you'll have a lot more energy too!

I LOVE BOOT CAMP!!!!  I can't believe how much I look forward to going.  Everyday is something different so it is actually FUN!!!  Our trainer, Tara, is so supportive and at the same time knows how to make you want to push yourself. I feel healthier and stronger in just 3 weeks.

I was a bit hesitant signing up for "Boot Camp" after having broken my foot a year ago, and then having corrective foot surgery less than 6 months prior to BootCamp. It had been a least a year since I had done any form of exercise and was concerned that not only would I be out of element due to lack of physical conditioning, but I was also concerned I would make a fool of myself. I am very happy to say that I NEVER experienced anything negative when working out with Jodi Tyler or with the other wonderful women at my bootcamp.  I must say that Jodi is an AMAZING trainer! She constantly motivates us and continually changes the workout routines so we never adapt. My goal was to complete the mile run without walking and I was able to do that by the end of the second week. This boot camp has increased my endurance and motivated me to work harder. I always left each day knowing that I had accomplished something and I sincerely thank Jodi for that.

I have so much more energy, already noticed a difference in how my clothing fits after only 2 1/2 weeks.  If you stick to it and watch your diet, you will be amazed at how much stronger and healthier you will feel!

My BootCamp is a fantastic deal!    I've heard people talk about how excercising can be addicting but I NEVER believed I would EVER feel that way.   I actually look forward to going to class each evening.  The time flys by and I feel GREAT!   Totally worth the committment.

My first thought was that BootCamp would be a great kick start to get back into shape.  I came up with every excuse why I shouldn't do it and then finally said "I can commit to anything for a month".  The only bootcamp that would fit into my schedule was the 5:30-6:30 am one and my biggest excuses was that I am so not a morning person.  However, I set aside the excuses and made the commitment – to myself.  Bootcamp became the tool that I would use to reach my goal.  From the very beginning they were very professional and enthusiastic about helping me become more fit.  In addition to the bootcamp, I also committed to eating healthier.  I cut out the obvious bad foods such as French fries, reduced the amount of caffeine I was drinking everyday, and took the time to plan out my 5-6 mini meals and snacks throughout the day.    I also asked my trainer for recommendations in regards to my diet as the trainers are there to help you succeed and are happy to assist in any way they can.  The bigger accomplishment from BootCamp was how good I was feeling about myself.  I had more energy than I have had in a long time.  I had lost a total of 16 inches.  That is not a typo – 16 inches!  I would have never thought that was possible!  I'm getting ready to start another camp and can't wait to see just what changes are around the corner for me.  I hope to see you in camp with me!

I am loving this camp.  I am the type of person that needs that little extra push to keep me going.  And that is exactly what happens.  I work many hours during the week and have found myself telling me that I just don't have the time and energy to workout.  With this bootcamp I get up, get out and get fit.  And I feel fabulous.  I can officially say that I am addicted to this camp.  I love it.    Starr, Wickenburg

I love this bootcamp!  It's such a great way to get out of the gym, get into shape and meet great people.  I have a lot more energy and feel better about myself.  I don't know how much I've lost so far but I can tell you that my whole body seems to be firmer and I feel so much better in my clothes and it's only been two weeks!  I can't wait to see what the end result will be if I feel this good now!  Elaine, Surprise

This fitness camp provides the attention of a personal trainer along with the synergistic power of the group, and that combo works.   I like the results I am experiencing in my strength and in my body. I  like that I get to moderate how hard I push myself and I don't have to go beyond what I feel my limits  are.  I like the challenge and the variety of doing different activities everyday.  That keeps it fresh and keeps me looking forward to what is coming next.

Boot Camp has jumped started my health goal.  I feel more energetic, more confident, and I can really feel a difference when I put my clothes on.  Attending boot camp has given me the motivation to continue working hard to meet my goals and has helped me to realize - "I can do it!"
