When will I see results? All bodies respond differently to training; however, most boot campers can see & feel dramatic results by week 2. Many continue to see body improvements after the boot camp session has ended. Most campers who do three months in a row see dramatic results and total body transformations! highly recommended!
What types of exercises will we be doing? The best thing about bootcamp is that there will always be unique, creative, fun exercises that the trainer incorporates into each bootcamp. Your program will keep your muscles stimulated and keep you clear of plateuing. Each bootcamp will vary from exercise such as: walking, jogging, running, jump roping, core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength/weight training, circuit training, sport yoga, kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, stretching, surprises, and more!
What do I need to bring with me each day? you will need to bring: a water bottle, 8lb dumbells, a stretching mat, a comfortable pair of running shoes and the will to achieve! You can find these items at Target, Walmart or sports authority. Also, you will want to dress in layers during colder months.

Their goal is always to help you get and stay healthy. Situations vary, so call me if necessary to discuss.
I am not a runner, is this program for me? Yes! Many bootcamp instructors started out in bootcamp and were not "runners". BootCamp programs are designed on a progressive schedule to help you increase your endurance at a level you can handle. Although there is some running every day, your workouts vary so that we don't just "run" all the time. When youdo run, you will not be left by yourself. Your instructors are trained to help you every step of the way. Exercises are modified for all levels.
I am already in shape and work out at a gym - why would I come to boot camp? Avoid Plateauing. The human body is a powerful system and adapts quickly and easily. By incorporating a broad range of movement and new exercises in each workout, you achieve a faster, more powerful result. Utilizing a gym in an excellent workout, but by combining the boot camp program can provide a way for you to achieve a greater level of overall fitness. Trainers aim to improve flexibility, edurance and core strength along with reducing body fat.
