If you follow your fitness program consistently, get your nutrition in check and have the will to want to change your life, you will achieve your goals. Your trainers will be by your side with nutrition facts and myths, food lists and more. In addition, they will be there for you every step of the way and be your rock when you need it! The one- on- one personal touch you will receive from your instructor is priceless. They go the extra mile to make sure you never give up! My fitness background allows for me to be confident and knowledgeable in the area of fitness. From playing college basketball for a number one ranked national college to possessing two personal training certifications (NIETA and N.E.S.T.A) I am prepared to place you with the best bootcamp program and to assure your success and goals are met!
After your first Registration you will be given instructions of how to register through your trainer for your future camps.
