My main objective is to get you placed into a bootcamp that fits your needs.  All of the locations listed are the best in the valley.  Once you register with me your registration and info will be sent over to your Certified Trainer.  After your first four weeks you will have the opportunity to stay with that program or switch to a different location if you wish.  Your trainer will give you their information when you arrive to bootcamp.  (After your first bootcamp registration, any future registration will go through your trainer.)  Im here to place you in the appropriate camp and get you going.

Instructors are fitness experts with a certification in personal training. The trainers we place you with are encouraging and motivating – to pull the best performance possible out of every Boot Camper for every workout. Be leary of copy cat camps with trainers who have no certifications or experience. The Camps we place you in are instructors who know proper modifications for all levels and are knowledgeable with sport injury.

This intensive, innovative training program
covers a 30-day time frame during which you'll get into the best shape of your life. Your fitness program intersperses outdoor workouts with indoor studio sessions, providing a well-rounded, cross-training approach that maximizes your fat-burning potential while keeping boredom at bay.

Quality Instruction and Motivation
: Although any workout with the phrase "Boot Camp" in it might sound intimidating, these Outdoor" Boot Camps focus on discipline and intensity. The instructors will be with you every step of the way.

BootCamp also emphasizes accountability
. Your participation will be expected – and monitored – for every single session. That means if you're a no-show without a valid excuse or continually arrive late, you can expect to do a few extra push-ups, laps or lunges.

Designed for all Fitness Levels: Whether you are new to fitness, an avid athlete, or trying to get back into fitness after a pregnancy, BootCamp is for everyone!

Challenging, Varied Workouts: Morning and evening sessions are one hour starting at 5:30AM and 6:30 PM or 7:00PM respectively – but after a few sessions, you'll quickly discover that adding a solid early daily workout is addictive: Your energy level will get a jump-start and you'll burn extra calories throughout the day. Plus, you will never get bored: Workouts are challenging but fun and change every day.

Camp Evaluation:  At certain locations Pre and post fitness assessments will take place during your first and last week of camp.  These will show your improvement in strength, endurance, flexability, and inches lost.
